１．資源産業・貿易研究
無資源国の日本が延命するには、資源国との関係強化が重要な要因である。
無資源国日本の交易カードは教育であり、科学技術に通じた人材を育成し、工業製品に技術的に付加価値をつけて国富を得てきたことが経済成長の要因の一つである。日本にとって重要課題である資源輸入システム確立には、資源国、また類する国々からの留学生を積極的に受け入れ、技術ノウハウの教育を提供し人材を育成、人材交流をはかることで対価を築く手法が最善策である。
２．コンセプト
「日本の資源産業貿易政策に、資源国留学生を招き、人材を育成する。教育を通じて資源国へ還元することで資源輸入のトレードオフの関係を築く」
